Whats this AURORA Collective about?
AURORA is a small label based in the North Rhine Region / Germany.
We try to develop AURORA to a diverse company.
Combining different scenes to a unique lifestyle.
We are into handmade goods, fixed gear, art, photography, music,
skateboarding and clothing. With AURORA we try to merge all this
and create great products for us and all the people who like what we do.

How long does the shipping take?
We try to ship orders as soon as possible. At the moment we dispatch orders once a week. Due to the fact that some of our products are handmade and built to order, we need some more time to get it ready for you and on the way. Also please keep in mind that we run AURORA for fun and as our hobby, we have daily jobs to make a living and sometimes this is also a reason for a delay. If you’re not sure, please contact us and ask about the status. International orders can sadly also take up to six weeks so be patient and watch your postman.
At the moment turn around time for handmade goods is around 3-4 weeks, please contact us if you need your gear quick or have any further questions.
How to use the straps?
It’s really easy, I know you guys know it anyways.
But, please make sure to check your pedals before using the straps.
Sharp edges can damage the straps. If needed use a file and smooth the edges and your straps will last much longer.
Shipping rates?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you. So all items include FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! So the prices you see on the frontpages are the prices you have to pay, no bad suprises in the checkout process! We think this is fair…
Returns?
Please contact us before sending your order back! We are always trying to prevent returns and make you happy with your order. If you have any questions about the products please ask them before buying, so that we can sort out everything.
Handmade goods are always built-to-order, that means especially built for the customer and once they are unpacked, we can’t accept returns for them. We must guarantee the quality, so when it is unpacked we don’t have any influence on the products condition. You as our customer count on the quality AURORA offers and we will never resell unwrapped goods again.
Apparel can be returned in the first 14 days after receiving them. We kindly ask the customer to take care of the return costs. If you are from Germany and your returning order value is more than 40€, we will pay the costs for the returns. Returning/Exchange costs from outside of Germany has to be paid by the buyer, as long as there was no fault or mistake on our side.
We offer free shipping on every item, so please understand that we, as a really small brand, can not take the costs of a return also. This would exceed our possibilites and end our development really quick!
Please take the time before your order, read everything carefully and ask us for help, if you have any questions on sizing and fit. We love to advise you and provide a great service, also to prevent returns and save both sides time and money.
